This looks horribly unhealthy, but *sniff* it smells *sniff, sniff* so good!
I happily take the plate and dig in. I smile in bliss and mumble a thank you to jow with a mouthful of cheese.

Ishwar comes in to see Jowmum making a mess alongside his grilled cheese. Oil is splattering from one of the frying pans where Jowmum is busy flipping a sandwich.

I am making something for the miners, and no one else seems interested in cooking. Here, have one fresh out of the skillet.

*Plops sandwich on plate*

The sandwich is nothing special. Some of them are overdone, but still edible.

(Roll 1d6 for each sandwich you take. On a 3, the sandwich is a little crispier than comfortable).

FIRE?!

Jowmum hacks the door and comes barreling in to inspect the room for flames. *CLank* Jowmum bumps into the far wall. Good thing I put a lid on her plate. Upon failing to see any flames, he takes an air sample and tests if for signs of smoke.

Hailey? Why did you call... fire? Jowmum notices Hailey is in bed and trying to sleep. He leaves her plate with two sandwiches on a table where she can smell it and backs out much more quietly.

"You plan on feeding tat all by yourself?" *sniff* "You're gonna need a bigger-" *sniff* "-water glass of..." Hailey sits up, nearly bonking her head on the ceiling. "Oh man..." I hope I wasn't talking in my sleep again... *Smell...* "Hmmm..." She comes down and smiles at the grilled cheese.
