Hey Guys I made a spread sheet to help track funds and EXP Tracking sheet So that should help. I also uploaded a race compendium with more races.

Reference tables for rules ( critical hits, spending advantage and victory points etc.;not equipment) are also on drive. There is also a ship record sheet and a group record sheet. As far as races, Id prefer you guys stuck with your current race unless somebody absolutely HAS to change their whole character concept. But the sheet may be useful for giving you a feel for NPC races you may encounter.
