As the crew prepares to leave Rodia, they bid farewell tho their passengers who are staying.

The ship takes off. Once in orbit, the astrogation team finds a couple major shortcuts that cut the five day jump into three days. Everyone braces as the ship jumps to hyperspace.

It isn't long until Jowmum starts chattering to fill the void.

You know, I've been thinking. For the longest time, Boris and I have had a difficult time finding anything out about my origin. But, in the short time we have been with this ship, we have already gathered TWO leads. Ya, I know we already had one lead on Formos, but if it hadn't been for Tali, I may never have had time to properly meet J9. Also, Hailey, if you hadn't protested the Formos rations, we may not have stopped on Bothawui and met that info dealer. He had some major, major bits for us. I suppose the AI attack was a bit much, but now I know someone is looking for me. Boris, what do you think about partitioning off a cage I can put any future parasitic AI's I really want to interrogate the next one to come along. If any come at all. Hey, professor, what are the chances we will find anything about organic uploads at this place we are going to? I can't seem to focus on anything but this right now. Anyone up for Dejarik?

"No." Hailey starts writing something.

"Same for Jedi history lore stuff"

Jowmum plays with beginner level skill.

*To Boris* So what do you think of finding a way to trick any future attacking AI/malware into thinking it is in me, when it is really in a "box" in me? I mean, I'd like be able to fool it into thinking it is really spying on ME, but when it comes time to actually send one, I in the real world, can safely and anonymously intercept it without it realizing anything has happened. The whole thing would be kind of like a fish tank, where I can just walk away and turn the light off when I don't want to focus on it. I would even give it its own chronometer I can pause so I can just up and pause it. You know, we have a few days, why don't we work on setting up this AI tank? Of course, I wouldn't want for it to realize it is in this tank, otherwise it would self destruct too. I wouldn't want that. The first one was obviously sentient enough to respect and I didn't respect it. But I will know better when I meet the next one. How about modifying a restraining bolt for me? Set it to only allow my transmitter what I say? That might do it. But what if the AI realizes what my password is? Could we develop some sort of changing code system so it can't just observe me transmitting the first time? That would sure slow it down a bit. HEY HAILEY! ARE YOU FINISHED WRITING YET? I AM COMING UP WITH SOME AWESOME SECURITY IDEAS. YOU MIGHT WANT TO COME OVER TO THE LOUNGE AND LISTEN IN. Sorry about that. I was thinking she might appreciate it because she has been going over that security systems book for a few days already. Ohh, Good move. I wasn't thinking there. How about this one? Anyway, did I mention I was excited about finding about three things about my past in so many systems? Too bad our streak broke on Rodia, but I am optimistic that we can find something on Tython.

"Shut up Jowmum!" Hailey passes the lounge on her way to her room, then locks herself inside.

Boris puts in ear plugs and continues playing.

*As Boris is putting in his earplugs*

Well, that was kind of rude of her.

*looks back to Boris *

*disappointed mumble*Hey, not you too.

*Message Tali* Hailey and Boris are ignoring my ideas about arranging a cage for any new AI's trying to take me over. Would you like to come down to the lounge and listen in? I mean, it would be best if everyone knew something about this.

*Message Hailey* I'm sorry you are upset with me. I just thought you would like to listen in on a golden opportunity moment for you to use your new skills at security systems. You have been reading up on them for the past few days now, after all.

"And you wonder why most people do not give astromechs voices. Especially since they all seem hyper."
Boris sighs
"You notice that I have found a critical information and am not bothering everyone about it. Take the time to set up all the ideas you want to do then put them in presentation. It will work better. Especially, if you are more organized."

"I'm sorry you..." Hailey turns off her com-link. "On that note..." she grumbles, trying to concentrate and organize her thoughts as the noise continues in the other room.

Hey, good idea! I think I'll do that. I'll get it ready so I can show it for supper.

Jowmum is much quieter while he is making a meticulously crafted presentation to show while everyone else is stuffing themselves.

Ok I have bought myself and the crew some silence and a tactical advantage in this game.
Boris thinks.

*Message Tali*

Never mind, I will make a presentation and show it for supper.

After finishing her letter and an extended period of silence, Hailey emerges from her room and joins Tali. "What'cha thinking about?"

Jumps a little as she didn't hear Hailey walk in the cockpit.
Oh! Don't do that!
Readjusts herself to get comfortable again, then looks forward as if she can see the planet already.
I was just trying to remember one of Grampa's stories. I think he visited Tythus once, or was at least told about or heard a rumor, his stories get mixed up a lot. He said something about it being the place Jedi began and ended their career. And that there were lots of wide grassy valleys and twisting canyons weaving through the mountains.

"Sounds beautiful."

Keeps looking ahead and lets out a sigh.
Yeah...

After an almost reverent moment of silence... "Did you know that I remember my first sunrise?"

Jowmum does not down his game, but he does take about 0.68 seconds extra per turn.

"When I was a child, we lived on a planet where the sun only rose every six years, and the surface was only habitable at 'night'. I think when I was either four or five, my father took me and a picnic outside, and we watched the local star peek over the edge of the horizon while eating dinner. My chilly existence suddenly came alive with fire and light. Black clouds turned orange and crimson in the blink of an eye, and an array of sunbeams made lines so crisp and sharp, you could have reached out and cut your finger on them. I've never seen anything so amazing or beautiful as that first sunrise." Hailey points out a thin peach line across the pad of one of her fingers. "In fact, I still have the scar."

"In that case, I hope you don't mind waiting a year or three. It's day time on the side of the planet where the nebula is visible from, and it's nearly invisible during the day. Would't be a very nice place to chill out, either, as you'd sooner be more comfortable soaking in the bowel of an active volcano. We could view the nebula from the other side, if you're still interested, but we wouldn't get the same refraction from the ship as was to be had on the planet's surface." Hailey sniffs the circulated air. "Is someone cooking?"
